This is a Bob Clampett hand painted limited edition called "You're All Under Arrest!". From the Great Piggy Bank Robbery. This piece features: Daffy as Duck Twacy, and 15 villains (Hammerhead, Pussycat Puss, Jukebox Jaw, Pumpkin Head, Snake Eyes, Pickle Puss, Batman, 88 Teeth, Wolfman, Neon Noodle, Double Header, Flat Top, Eraserhead). "You're All Under Arrest!" demonstrates its uniqueness in its parody of the Dick Tracy-like villains who surround Daffy. At one point, because of the parody of the villains, legal contention flared up between Warner Bros. and Chester Gould, the creator of Dick Tracy. But once he saw the cartoon, Gould was so impressed, he decided to drop his issues. The Library of Congress awarded "The Great Piggy Bank Robbery" as one of the best cartoons ever made and went to the great expense of striking a pristine print for their permanent collection.
